Accessibility Plan

Thomasson Memorial is a Special School catering for children who are deaf and in many cases have additional special needs.  By our very nature we are an inclusive community and we pride ourselves on a ‘family ethos’ that nurtures all of our pupils. We have made many alterations to the building and the environment in order to ensure we are wheelchair accessible and have the facilities to support our pupils with additional special needs. Our curriculum is child focussed working on the individual needs of each child and structured through the International Primary Curriculum to give a practical focus to ‘topic’ work.
